These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by Synergy Heating and Cooling Inc (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website at synhvac.com or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
Synergy Heating and Cooling Inc provides heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) installation, repair, and maintenance services. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and applicable pricing.
2. Appointments and Cancellations
When you schedule a service appointment, you agree to be available at the scheduled time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to charge a fee for missed appointments or late cancellations.
3. SMS Text Messaging Program
Synergy Heating and Cooling Inc offers a text messaging program to customers and prospective customers who opt in. We send two kinds of messages, each with its own consent:
- Informational/transactional messages: appointment confirmations and reminders, technician dispatch and arrival updates, estimates, billing notices and payment confirmations, job completion follow-ups and surveys, and replies to your questions.
- Promotional messages: seasonal offers, maintenance plan and tune-up reminders, and service promotions.
Message frequency varies based on your service activity and the messages you agreed to receive. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (407) 412-7188 or [email protected]. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. 4. How to Opt In
Website: the chat widget on synhvac.com has two optional, unchecked checkboxes, one for informational/transactional messages and one for promotional messages. You may check either, both or neither. Each checkbox states that message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out, with links to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Phone or in person: when you call or visit us, you may give verbal consent to receive informational/transactional messages. We note your consent and tell you the types of messages you will receive, that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and that you can reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.
5. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as posted. Unpaid balances may be subject to collection proceedings.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synergy Heating and Cooling Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
We strive to provide high-quality HVAC services. Any warranties on parts or labor will be disclosed at the time of service. We make no other express or implied warranties regarding our services beyond what is stated in your service agreement.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on synhvac.com, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Synergy Heating and Cooling Inc and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without prior written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Volusia County, Florida.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
